Just the simple fact they have written this many books on the subject makes me want to rush off to the nearest wild place with my kids!
Lovely, lovely blog. I NEED this information in my life! Loved the private camping site and how amazing if they roll it out onto our doorstep! Can’t wait for the weather to change and for us to head of on a camping adventure. We haven’t been once this year due to rain!
Thanks so much Bristol Parenting Cafe! So nice to get positive feedback as Im still pretty new to the blogosphere! By the way not just sucking up but love your blog too! Spent way too long this morning checking out all your links to beautiful shops! The design and illustrations of your blog are gorgeous, I co-incidentally bought a ‘Belle and Boo’ mug as a present for a child at the weekend!
Great list – will definitely be revisiting when my daughter is older! I was always a fan of anything practical to do around camp when growing up – rope ladders, holes dug in the ground and filled with straw as pot warmers, all sorts of gadgetry with rope…love it!

Great personal blog on camping with kids, including recommended and reviewed campsites!
Thanks Klimburn, just had a look at your blog, a great idea. I’m so enjoying walking with my kids now they are a bit older, always good to have some recommended routes!
